Digital Products
- No refunds once the download link has been delivered
- Full refund within 1 hour if download link not yet sent
- Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase
- Technical support provided for download issues
Physical Products
- Can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Product must be unused with original packaging
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Return Process for Physical Products
Initiate Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (+91-84279-76607) with your order number and photos of the issue (if damaged/defective).
Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the issue and ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund or Replacement
After successful inspection, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: (1) Digital products (PDFs) once delivered, (2) Products damaged due to customer misuse, (3) Products without original packaging, (4) Items purchased during flash sales marked as "Final Sale", (5) Personalized or custom-made products.
