Digital Products

  • No refunds once the download link has been delivered
  • Full refund within 1 hour if download link not yet sent
  • Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase
  • Technical support provided for download issues

Physical Products

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Product must be unused with original packaging
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Return Process for Physical Products
